I believe our reactions to situations are modeled by our thoughts and emotions. By allowing ourselves to restructure our thoughts and emotions, we are able to approach life with a different perspective that is beneficial to a creating a better self. We are able to focus on the present and the changes that we need to make for a better future. Each person is unique, therefore my approach is to personalize and tailor a plan with you to address your specific needs and goals.

I believe that therapy can be a valuable tool. I understand the importance of creating a safe environment where you can explore how building on your strengths can help you repair past hurt to move forward.

  • The way you retell your story can make all the difference

  • Therapy is a gift. It is a chance to be finally be heard, understood and supported.

  • "Let go of who you think you're supposed to be; embrace who you are.

  • Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is ask for help.
